Refund policy


Wallcovering Returns & Replacements 

All products purchased through are guaranteed free of defects and relative problems. Any item(s) that you deem damaged or defective will be replaced or refunded upon your request, provided a physical return of the product or photos of the damaged product are provided at the manufacturers request within 10 business days of having received your order. Notification of all other returns needs to be made within 60 days of having received your order. All wallcovering returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee plus freight based upon manufacturer rates, (due to wallcovering is produced in batches and dye lots). If you are in need of more wallcovering that was previously placed please contact Customer Service (1-866-814-9672) and we will do our best to fulfill order request with same batch or dye lot of original purchase. Wallpaper Warehouse is not responsible for lost/stolen packages. Tracking information is emailed and it is the customers responsibility to track their package. Missing packages will be replaced NOT refunded pending on the outcome of a courier investigation. 


Samples are non-refundable.

Gift Cards are non-refundable.

Items without original packaging are non-refundable (Unopened).

Case priced wallpaper and borders are non-refundable.

54" inch Commercial goods are non-refundable.

Close Out wallcovering are non-refundable.

Shipping charges and handling fees for returned merchandise are non-refundable.
